I’ve been here since 1969, so you could say I’ve got some experience at this. At our company, big ideas go to me and through me every day. Outside of our company, I’m the president emeritus of the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants, and I’m the vice president of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants.
As an Eagle Scout and former U.S. Army Green Beret, it’s no surprise that I’m an outdoorsman – in fact, I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 1998! Here in the states, I enjoy cycling, swimming, mountain climbing, kayaking, motorcycle touring, learning, historic preservation, and volunteering at my Episcopal church.
Liz WilsonChief Financial Officer
I began as the controller for DES in January 2011. The previous six years I was owner of a bookkeeping service company, of which DES was one of my clients. My background includes working with public accounting firms and a corporate benefits company, as well as working for 25 years in the automotive industry.
I enjoy reading, cooking, taking in a good concert every now and then, and attending exhibits at local museums and arts centers.
Dobbs SuttonDirector of Recruiting
I’m the jack of all trades when it comes to recruiting! I was born into the business; my parents started the company in 1965. I’ve done everything from accounting to being an office manager and recruiting.
I have two wonderful sons, Troy and Sebastian. In my spare time I like bike riding, cooking, gardening, and traveling. Things on my bucket list include: skydiving, visiting Costa Rica, touring Italy with my mom, and jumping off a waterfall.

Originally from Canton, Ohio, I moved to Dallas in 2011 and have never looked back. I love everything that Dallas, Texas has to offer – Especially the weather!
I have used recruiting and management skills in my career for over 10 years now, and I found my home at DES as the Director of Business Development. At DES, I have the unique opportunity to get to know and understand the client’s needs and then match them with candidate’s we have based on their skill sets. I like to say what I do is essentially Match Making. It’s being able to constantly build new partnerships and meet new people on a daily basis that make this so much more than a job, it makes what I do Fun.
In my spare time, I enjoy listening to live music, watching football and spending time with loved ones.

I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2013, but I was born and raised in Dallas, Tx. I love being a recruiting coordinator with DES because I get to help people every day not just find a job, but start the right career for them. I was born and raised in Plano, Texas. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University and taught 1st grade for five years. I enjoyed helping my students grow and learn but knew it was time for a career change. I found my new home at DES and now I get to help others find their own careers.
When I am not at work, I love to spend time with my family and friends, binge-watch Netflix shows and play with my white lab, Griffey.
