I’ve been here since 1969, so you could say I’ve got some experience at this. At our company, big ideas go to me and through me every day. Outside of our company, I’m the president emeritus of the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants, and I’m the vice president of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants.
As an Eagle Scout and former U.S. Army Green Beret, it’s no surprise that I’m an outdoorsman – in fact, I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 1998! Here in the states, I enjoy cycling, swimming, mountain climbing, kayaking, motorcycle touring, learning, historic preservation, and volunteering at my Episcopal church.

I began as the controller for DES in January 2011. The previous six years I was owner of a bookkeeping service company, of which DES was one of my clients. My background includes working with public accounting firms and a corporate benefits company, as well as working for 25 years in the automotive industry.
I enjoy reading, cooking, taking in a good concert every now and then, and attending exhibits at local museums and arts centers.

I’m the jack of all trades when it comes to recruiting! I was born into the business; my parents started the company in 1965. I’ve done everything from accounting to being an office manager and recruiting.
I have two wonderful sons, Troy and Sebastian. In my spare time I like bike riding, cooking, gardening, and traveling. Things on my bucket list include: skydiving, visiting Costa Rica, touring Italy with my mom, and jumping off a waterfall.

Originally from Canton, Ohio, I moved to Dallas in 2011 and have never looked back. I love everything that Dallas, Texas has to offer – Especially the weather!
I have used recruiting and management skills in my career for over 10 years now, and I found my home at DES as the Director of Business Development. At DES, I have the unique opportunity to get to know and understand the client’s needs and then match them with candidate’s we have based on their skill sets. I like to say what I do is essentially Match Making. It’s being able to constantly build new partnerships and meet new people on a daily basis that make this so much more than a job, it makes what I do Fun.
In my spare time, I enjoy listening to live music, watching football and spending time with loved ones.
Born and raised in California, I am recent Dallas transplant. I graduated from San Diego State University and have been in the Human Resources industry ever since. I have a passion for recruiting – helping people find their perfect employment match is my favorite. I am thrilled to be a part of the DES team.
In my spare time, I enjoy running, hiking, volunteering with Young Life, and spending time with friends and family. When I have the chance, I love any opportunity to explore a new city with my husband or friends.

I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2013, but I was born and raised in Dallas, Tx. I love being a recruiting coordinator with DES because I get to help people every day not just find a job, but start the right career for them. I have the opportunity to match the right candidate, with the perfect position in a work environment in which they can excel; and there is nothing quite like telling someone who has been searching for the right job, that they have the chance to start their career.

I am a Dallas native and a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas. As a teacher, I have spent the last twenty years preparing our little generation of knowledge seekers to be self-sufficient and ready for the real world. I am excited to bring my positive energy to DES and now help out on the grown-up side of life.
My spare time is spent with my daughter, who is really into sports. We love to go to the park and to get our nails done together. I hope to one day see Greece and travel through the Mediterranean.
Tania ZapataStaffing Manager - Temporary Division
Born in the northern region of Mexico, in the state of Coahuila, my family and I relocated to Dallas, Texas over fifteen years ago.Having been in the customer service industry for almost ten years, I recently transitioned to my new position as the Staffing Manager for the Temporary Division Department at DES. I am glad to have found DES, a company that truly has a passion for helping hard working individuals.
In my spare time, I volunteer at my church in the children’s ministry, enjoy listening to country music and have been crocheting for over a year now. I absolutely love going to baseball games, Texas Rangers are my favorite baseball team, go Rangers!
I just moved back to Dallas after being away for nearly 10 years. After graduating from the University of Missouri (go tigers!), I worked in sales and quality assurance before settling into the recruiting world. I’m so jazzed to be at DES where I can help people find their next career opportunity!
You can usually find me eating at the nearest Chuy’s Tex-Mex, being forced into outdoor activities by my husband, or hanging at home with my cat.
