Grab your mittens and coats, winter is here! The holiday season is upon us and there’s no better place to celebrate than Dallas. Whether you’re looking for something fun to do with your family or planning a date night with your significant other, Dallas has a wonderful variety of things to do. Check out what’s going on in DFW this holiday season!

12 Days of Christmas – Dallas Arboretum
November 8th – January 3rd
The Dallas Arboretum is proud to show off their 25-foot gazebos filled with characters and animals from the infamous Christmas carol. Each gazebo has mechanical parts and festive music that brings the character to life – three french hens and all!

Lone Star Christmas – Gaylord Texan
November 12th – January 3rd
Families, get excited! The Gaylord Texan offers a massive display featuring Christmas around the world, snow tubing, and gingerbread decorating!

Panther Island Ice – Coyote Drive-In, Fort Worth, TX
November 20th – January 18th
Get out your ice skates! Coyote Drive-In is North Texas’s only outdoor ice skating rink! If you’re lucky, Santa might even make an appearance!

The Trains at NorthPark – NorthPark Mall
November 21st – January 3rd
A tradition that has been going on for 27 years now, you won’t want to miss out on this opportunity to see this amazing holiday train display. There’s over 1600 feet of track that feature cities across the USA, including Dallas!

North Pole Express – Grapevine, TX
November 27th – December 23rd
Get excited – you can go to the North Pole this holiday season! The holiday train experience starts at the Historic Cotton Belt Depot platform where you’re greeted by elves and carolers. Once you arrive at the North Pole, you’re surrounded by Christmas tree, Christmas movies, lights, and songs. Rumor says Santa may even share some hot chocolate with you!
